CCL New England logo

Important Note

All game changes need to be submitted on Monday's by 5pm

Fields marked with an * are required

To request a game change , clubs are asked to make the request by filling out the Game Change Request Form located below.  However, please make note that the form will ask you the following:

1.  Who are you?
2.  How do we contact you by email?
3.  What Club are you with?
4.  What is causing you to request the change? (select from list)
5.  The agreement of the coach for the other team if you are changing date or more importantly, if you are changing the start time.
6.  A description of change (along with a copy of opposing coach's change approval).  Include the game numbers of impacted games or we cannot make the change.

A few other important pieces of information before you fill out the form:

It is the club's responsibility to check to see if their field is playable.  Since many fields are controlled by others we realize that it may not be your call to play or close a field(s).  Please make sure you have someone in each club responsible for getting this information.

As soon as you know a field will not be open you must notify the CCL New England office.  Often games can be moved if there is sufficient notice/time.  All changes and postponements will be listed on the website.  No games will be moved to a different field after Friday night at 5:00pm except in cases of extreme weather.

The deadline for closing a field is 10:00am Sunday morning for U13-U18 and 7:00am from U9-U12.

Clubs are responsible for notifying all teams scheduled at their field if a game is postponed or moved.  The fact that it is not listed on the website does negate this responsibility.

Requests for schedule changes must be submitted to the CCL New England contacts by 5:00pm on the Tuesday prior to that Sunday's match.  After that time, we cannot guarantee that referees will be assigned.
